Homemade noodles

My amazing wife bought me a KitchenAid mixer for Christmas. Started trying to make things like my own pasta noodles. Don’t have the pasta roller so the hand rolled noodles are a bit… disparate. Homemade meatballs added to the meal which was so delicious.
