It finally happened

I thought the fact that Kieran switched was something of a small miracle, but it seems that the Mac is an itch that just needs to be scratched. With Apple switching to Intel-based machines, there is a lot of confusion both from the Mac camp and the PC camp as to what the future will hold. From what I’ve heard online the general Intel Mac buzz is quite positive. Apparently there are some wholesale performance increases that are very pleasing, but the support of the Universal Binaries hasn’t reached everywhere it needs to get full acceptance. Yet.

I can only wonder what influence our friends at PA will have on their fanboys and fangirls with respect to this platform shift. Or I guess I should say switch.
