Eureka!!

Oh this is exciting! I think that I have just solved the largest issue that I had with implementing echo and any other content management solutions - templating. I have been forever trying to separate the application layer - which I am writing - from the presentation layer - which the end user would design. Yes PHP certainly brings you closer to this to begin with than other scripting languages like Perl. However, there is a project called Smarty that has developed a solution that is just what I have been looking for. This is tentative at this point because I haven’t fully explored how this thing works yet, but I have read up on it and it certainly sounds like it’ll offer a solution if not a great starting point to one.
