Booyah!

As you may have guessed, I was able to get KDE working and now I think that I have a fully operational Linux box here. It took a long time, but the learning that went on in addition to the sexy results were well worth it. I would like to take this time to apologize to some of my readers. I spent the past few days populating this log with technical jargon and half-sentences :) I forgot that not everyone is interested in that stuff and I try to keep things a bit more general purpose for that reason. I think that things will settle down now.
