Almost half way
I’m pretty sure the worst is behind me. The serious caffeine withdrawal hit me on Friday night. My body’s way of punishing me for my usual breakfast of chocolate and Pepsi. The biggest thing that I miss is the dairy products – cheese especially. Even though I don’t eat a lot of it outright, it is in a lot of things that I eat. However my serious cravings for a pizza have passed and I’m not hungry all the time as I once was.
As promised I do feel better as well. Even without my caffeine fix this morning I don’t feel nearly as run down. There is something to be said about how much better I feel when it is sunny outside as well. I managed to get outside a couple times this past weekend for walks which were nice.
